| Should you need to return an item, contact us for an RMA # either by email or Phone. The item in question, will need to be returned for inspection of the item and it's serial numbers. After the inspection, your money will be refunded in full. All returns must be whithin 30 days of the purchase. After this period there will be no returns with no exeptions. If the description of the item states it is being sold "AS-IS", or "Un-tested" there is no warranty on this item, and is assumed that the buyer is purchasing the item at their own risk. | |||||||||||||||

The buyer needs to sign the following (2) forms before the item will be released: (1) Liability release form, and (2) Buyer Medical Equipment Purchasing Repair Agreement, Stating that the buyer will have the equipment tested or repaired by an Authorized Medical Equipment repair facility before use or sale to the public. |
